I almost cancelled this event when five days before the event the registrants were still 4 people. Even though we have been promoting online and offline for more than a month.<\/p>\n
A few days earlier I had a discussion with a friend who is also an art teacher, where the problem he said: \"Students do not move if they are not told by the teacher. Teachers don't move if they are not told by the principal. And if the principal is not told by the head of the office, they don't move.\"<\/p>\n
This is not to mention other problems, such as promo posters that were apparently only received by the TU or student affairs department, but were not posted on the announcement. There are several schools that have this problem.<\/p>\n
Finally, we went to see the cadre of the Blitar District Education Office and asked for help with promotion. And in Indonesia it turns out that methods like this are still the most effective. In just four days, on the day of the audition, DeKa Voice 2023 had 53 participants. That's more than enough. Of course we are very grateful to the Blitar District Education Office for this support.<\/p>\n
And it turns out that Blitar does not lack singing talents. The 12 finalists who performed on Sunday were all cool and good looking. In addition to bringing home a trophy and a hefty prize money, they also had the opportunity to perform with a Spanish Idol singer and feel the international vibe with quite a number of foreign volunteers who also participated in the event committee.<\/p>\n
Maybe they just haven't had the opportunity to show off. According to some friends, there has been no singing competition in Blitar Raya for almost 10 years.<\/p>\n
I hope that in the future, younger siblings who feel they have talent, skills, and passion for the arts, don't have to wait to be pushed by their school to perform.<\/p>\n
Take every opportunity that comes your way, who knows if your life path is to make this world more beautiful with art.<\/p>\n

Ditulis pada 27 September 2023 Oleh : Wima Brahmantya Saya sempat hampir membatalkan acara ini ketika lima hari sebelum acara pendaftar masih 4 orang. Padahal kita promo online dan offline sudah sebulan lebih. Beberapa hari sebelumnya saya berdiskusi dengan seorang teman yang juga guru seni, di mana problemnya kata dia : “Murid kalau tidak disuruh guru tidak bergerak. Guru kalau tidak disuruh kepala sekolah tidak bergerak. Dan kepala sekolah kalau tidak disuruh kepala dinas tidak bergerak.” Ini belum lagi problem lainnya, seperti poster promo yang ternyata hanya diterima bagian TU atau kesiswaan saja, tapi ternyata tidak ditempel di pengumuman. Ada beberapa sekolah yang ternyata begitu. Akhirnya kami pun gercep menemui kadin Diknas Pemkab Blitar dan minta tolong untuk membantu promosi. Dan di Indonesia ternyata cara-cara seperti ini masih yang paling efektif. Hanya dalam empat hari, pada hari audisi DeKa Voice 2023 telah mendapatkan 53 peserta. Sudah lebih dari cukup. Tentu kami sangat berterima kasih kepada Dinas Pendidikan Kab Blitar atas dukungan ini. Dan ternyata memang Blitar tidak kekurangan bakat-bakat menyanyi. 12 finalis yang tampil di hari minggu semua keren dan good looking. Selain pulang membawa trofi dan hadiah uang pembinaan yang lumayan, mereka juga mendapat kesempatan untuk manggung bareng biduanita dari Spanish Idol dan merasakan international vibe dengan cukup banyaknya volunteers asing yang juga ikut di kepanitiaan event. Mungkin mereka hanya belum dapat kesempatan untuk unjuk gigi. Menurut beberapa kawan, hampir 10 tahunan ini di Blitar Raya tidak ada lomba menyanyi. Harapan saya ke depannya, adik-adik yang merasa punya talent, skill, dan passion berkesenian, tidak perlu menunggu didorong-dorong sekolahnya untuk tampil.
