I just got the answer now. Sometimes we just have to trust our instincts!<\/p>\n<p>So it turns out that papaya is one of the fruits that can help boost the body's immunity in dealing with viruses such as Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Read : https:\/\/www.genpi.co\/...\/4-buah-ajaib-bagi-tubuh-untuk...<\/p>\n<p>Papaya is one of the fruits with the highest vitamin C content, even higher than oranges. Papaya also contains the \"papain enzyme\", which is beneficial for inflammation. Remember that the signs of Covid-19 infection often start with a sore throat? That's why we are advised to drink water often, so that our throats are always wet so that the virus is reluctant to settle there.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, papaya also contains vitamin E, potassium, and folate which are very good for the body (do your own research, boss, before you get mistaken for a health portal reporter).<\/p>\n<p>Although I am now taking my family to isolate myself on the slopes of Mount Kelud, at least for vitamin C intake I can fulfil myself.
